Re:                      Project Update - 3rd Floor Waterproofing, Terrace remediation, Dog Park, Barbecue

We are pleased to announce the association will be signing an agreement with RSI Restoration Specialties, Inc. to commence the third floor waterproofing repairs, including the third floor patios. The work will also encompass the side building (EIFS) Exterior Insulation and Finish System repair, water proofing and resurfacing of the garage roof structure, new lighting and improved drainage.    RSI and our engineering firm have begun the process to secure the necessary permits from the departments of the City of Stamford.

The hours of work for the project will be 8:00AM each day (Mon-Fri) until no later than 6PM until completion.  Upon mutually agreed upon times between RSI and the association, Saturday work (limited to work which minimally impacts residents) will be permitted in an effort to complete the project as soon as possible and make up for inclement weather.  Once the project starts, the 3rd floor dog park will be closed for the duration of construction.  Barriers will be placed to prohibit anyone from gaining access to the area.  Resident dog owners will need to walk their dogs in the surrounding neighborhood.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience with this project.
